Mold/Mould, also known as metal Die

You can check what exactly is a Mold or Die from Wikipedia. Any new metal badges or tags will need a mold(die) to make the desired shape, such as letter shapes, rectangle, round, oval or some special shapes.

Molding Fees: USD75 for each type, different sizes or shapes will need different mold/die. For very big size badges, the molding fees may be higher. you don’t need to pay mold fees again if you order the metal badge with the same shape and size from the second time.

If you want 2 or more colors for the same metal badges,  for example, you will order 100pcs silver and 100pcs golden for one type of metal tag or badge, it need only one mold.

Sample for metal badges?

If you want to see a sample for the metal badges for furniture, we can do this too. There are 2 options you can choose from:

• You can get some finished metal badges in our stock that we made for other customers, you just need to pay some shipping costs.
• If you want to see a finished sample for your own metal badges or tags before order, you will need to pay USD75 due to the mold fees, but we will deduct this molding fee once you place an order with a bulk quantity.

Actually, we will show a 3D file before production for any orders, so most of our customers don’t want to see a sample before production.

Custom Metal badges for Furniture

We accept custom metal badges for furniture with any text, letters, private brand name or logo, the metal badges can be special shapes too, please contact us.

Files or Artworks

• For metal badges with a name or text only, you can just tell us the size and the name(correct spelling), you also need to tell us what font you want for the name, we can design the metal badges for you.
• if you have your own designed logo, please send your logo to us, or you can send us a final artwork.
• Regarding some complicated designed shapes for the custom metal badges, please send us a final artwork, so we can start production asap, and our designer won’t make a file for very complicated custom metal badges.

Format for the Files or Artworks: we recommend you send the files such as .ai, .pdf, .cdr, or any vector files, if you can’t really send the vector files, please provide clear .jpg or .png files with high pixels as possible as you can.

*Tips & Note:

• All photos are real shots in the list. However, different monitors may cause colors slightly different. If you really care about the color, please send a real sample to us for color confirmation.
• For some famous brands, you must have authorization from the owner and they allow us to produce the labels or tags for you, then we will accept the order.

Production Lead Time

• Duration for sample – it will take 12 business days
• bulk order – we will need 15 to 18 business days to produce for a bulk quantity, it depends on the quantity that you order.

Our factory will always produce the goods as fast as they can, but there are probably some special situations, the production may be delayed, we will inform you the details if any.
