Files or Artworks

• For simple custom hang tags with a name only, you can just tell us the size, fold type and the name(correct spelling), you also need to tell us what font you want for the name, we can design the hang tags for you.
• if you have your own designed logo, please send your logo to us, or you can send us a final artwork.
• Regarding some complicated designs for the paper hang tags, please send us a final artwork, so we can start production asap, and our designer won’t make a file for a very complicated custom printed cardboard hang tags.

Format for the Files or Artworks: we recommend you send the files such as .ai, .pdf, .cdr, or any vector files, if you can’t really send the vector files, please provide clear .jpg or .png files with high pixels as possible as you can.

Can I get a sample?

Basically, we can offer samples to any customer who wants to see the quality, you can get some samples before your order, but you need to learn something before you ask for a sample:

1. You will need to pay some fees to produce a new custom printed cardboard hang tag, it is always USD18 for each new type, and we can send the real sample to you by china post for free.
   * If you place an order after you confirmed the sample, the sampling fees will be deducted from the payment of the order.
