Yes, Absolutely, what the main business we do is producing custom tags, labels or patches with different brand names or logos, so you can do any type of private tags.

Yes, like one of the last questions, we can do any custom and private tags and labels, so you can choose different colors and size for your product.

Although our main business is for custom tags and labels, we also have some products in stock, so it depends on what item you order to learn how to place an order:

  • Stock items – you just click the product, add to cart or buy it now directly, then making payment, that’s it.
  • Customized items:
    1. contact us to confirm what item you want to do, send us the products details like artwork, logo, color, specification, quantity and more,
    2. we make a quotation to you,
    3. once you confirm the price, we will show you how to make payment,
    4. we will start production after the payment,
    5. shipping goods.

Our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuation. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use similar English ones instead.

  • For custom products: we need to produce the goods, the processing time is always actual production time, that should be confirmed with buyers when they place order.
  • Orders of products in stock: Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, shipping to shipping company sometimes etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.

Basically, yes, but most of the custom products will be charged with some sampling fees. And you will need to pay shipping costs if you want to get the real sample.

Generally, vector files like .ai or .pdf would be the best types, but if you can’t really provide those vector files, please send us .jpg or .png, and sometimes we will need font files for production.

we strongly recommend you to provides a finished artwork, so we can produce the goods asap.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped.

Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

You bank or issuing credit card company may charge you a foreign currency transaction fee, these fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies, for further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Shipping

Yes, We ship to any countries and regions as long as the Post Mail can reach the place. We are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes.

Mostly, we use China Post mail and ePacket to ship the goods, some expedited carriers (DHL, FeDex, UPS, EMS, Aramex, etc.) are also accepted.

Yes, you may change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. *Please note that any orders that have already been packed/processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Generally, Yuegui doesn’t accept to cancel the order within 2 days of payment, but you can contact us to see the status of order, if it is not shipped out or arranged for production or processing, then you can cancel the order.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized.

Free shipping can be applied to all orders if you choose Standard Shipping methods.
