★ We can custom any size and shape with letters or texts, the prices are only for your reference. once you want to do your personal tags, we will give a new price. 

★ If you are going to order the metal tags customized for clothing, we don’t recommend the size is bigger than 2x4cm. However, we can make bigger sizes than 2x4cm. Anyway, it all depends on you.

Mold/Mould, also known as metal Die

You can check what exactly is a Mold or Die from Wikipedia. Any new metal tag customized type will need a mold(die) to make the desired shape, such as letter shapes, rectangle, round, oval or some special shapes.

Molding Fees: USD75 for each type, different sizes or shapes will need different mold/die. For very big size tags, the molding fees may be higher, please contact us if the tag size is bigger than 2x4cm.

If you want 2 or more colors for the same engraved metal tag,  for example, you will order 100pcs silver and 100pcs golden for one type of metal tag, it need only one mold.

Can I get a sample for letters metal tags?

If you want to see a sample for the letters metal tags, we can do this too. There are 2 options you can choose from:

• You can get some metal tags in our stock that we made for other customers, you just need to pay some shipping costs.
• If you want to see a finished sample for your own metal tags customized before order, you will need to pay USD75 for that due to the mold fees, but we will deduct this molding fee once you place an order with a bulk quantity.

Actually, we will show a 3D file before production for any orders, so most of our customers don’t want to see a sample before production.

Letters metal tags custom made for clothing

We accept any metal tags custom made with any text, letters, private brand name or logo, the letters metal tags can be used for clothing, apparel, shoes, bags, and we can also do custom metal jewelry tags, please contact us if you want.

Files or Artworks

• For simple letters metal tags custom type with a name only, you can just tell us the size and the name(correct spelling), you also need to tell us what font you want for the name, we can design the labels or tags for you.
• if you have your own designed logo, please send your logo to us, or you can send us a final artwork.
• Regarding some complicated designs for the custom metal tags, please send us a final artwork, so we can start production asap, and our designer won’t make a file for very complicated custom metal tags.

Format for the Files or Artworks: we recommend you send the files such as .ai, .pdf, .cdr, or any vector files, if you can’t really send the vector files, please provide clear .jpg or .png files with high pixels as possible as you can.

*Note: for some famous brands, you must have authorization from the owner and they allow us to produce the metal tags for you, then we will accept the order.

*Tips & Note:

• All photos are real shots in the list. However, different monitors may cause colors slightly different. If you really care about the color, please send a real sample to us for color confirmation.

Production Lead Time

• Duration for sample – it will take 12 business days
• bulk order – we will need 15 to 18 business days to produce for a bulk quantity, it depends on the quantity that you order.

Our factory will always produce the goods as fast as they can, but there are probably some special situations, the production may be delayed, we will inform you the details if any.
