To let the customers have a better shopping experience on YueGui Tags website, we hope to show you the shipping information as clear as we can, so you don’t be confused about how your goods will be shipped once you make an order with us.

International Shipping and Free Shipping

We ship to many countries and regions as long as the Post Mail can reach the place. All of the products will be shipped out from the factory or warehouse in China Mainland, we are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes.

We’ll cover the shipping cost for all of the orders by Standard shipping methods.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

There is a number of days for preparing or processing the orders after the buyer paid:

  • For custom products(most of our products are custom tags and labels.): we need to produce the goods, the processing duration is always same as actual production time, that should be confirmed with buyers when they place order.
  • Orders of products in stock: Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, shipping to shipping company sometimes etc.) usually takes 2-5 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
  • All packages have specific tracking information: shipping carrier and tracking number.
  • Please review the status of your order by logging into “My Account”. Click on ” My Orders ” to review your order details and obtain a tracking number.

  • Each epacket parcel is limited 2kg for most above countries or regions, but it is limited 3kg for Russia, and 5kg for Israel and UK.

** There may be some remote delivery fees if you choose the Express Shipping method, it will be charged according to the courier company’s price if there is.

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

  • Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us directly.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • It may take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
  • Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 45-90 days for destinations in Latin America.
  • All the parcels probably be delayed due to COVID-19.

Taxes and Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Laurus Shoppe. For further details of taxes & duties, please contact your local customs office.

If the buyer is from European Union, you may need to give us the VAT number.

Custom Regulations

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, since we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Generally, The products we are selling are normal items for home using, these are permitted in most of the countries, however, you still need to check if you can’t make sure.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Generally, Yuegui Tags don’t accept to cancel the order within 3 days of payment, but you can contact us to see the status of order, if it is not shipped out or arranged for processing, then you can cancel the order.
